Wondering if it’s time to seek outside help?
Whether there’s been a gradual decline or a recent scare due to a fall, you realize it’s time to get more help. You want what’s best, but it’s not an easy decision. We want to help. Answer these three questions to the best of your knowledge to get a clearer picture of the right care for your loved one.
1. What’s going on with your loved one that has you looking into care options?

They’re recovering from a hospital stay, or surgery, and need short-term care.
They need daily medical and hands-on help.
Some help with daily tasks but still want to live as independently as possible.
I’m not sure what’s best—I need some guidance.
2. How worried are you about your loved one falling when they are alone?

Extremely worried, they've fallen before
Somewhat worried, they've never fallen before but have gotten close
Not at all, their mobility is not a worry for me
3. What’s most important to you in finding care for them?

Helping them regain strength so they can return home.
